2. Express Delivery Channels

Priority direct orders are primarily handled via DHL Express. However, if specific destination customs regulations require higher security, we may route your parcel through alternative premier express carriers to guarantee safe doorstep arrival.

3. Protected Triangular Shipping (EU & High-Risk Regions)

Certain territories—notably European Union member states and South American nations—maintain strict import inspections on international replica shipments. To eliminate border risks and secure delivery success, we utilize a multi-leg Triangular Shipping process.

Your package is first shipped to one of our intermediate hubs before being re-dispatched locally to your address:

Key Considerations for Triangular Shipping:

  • Recommendation: If you are unfamiliar with import procedures in your country, selecting Triangular Shipping is strongly advised for complete peace of mind.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Recommended Routing: We strongly encourage clients to select Express or Triangular routing. Standard regular mail is subject to unpredictable postal delays and losses beyond our influence, which are ineligible for refunds.
  • Valid Contact Information: A working telephone number is required at checkout. Couriers rely on this number to arrange redelivery if you are unavailable during the initial attempt.
  • Failed Delivery Liability: If a parcel remains unclaimed after three (3) delivery attempts, local courier guidelines dictate its destruction. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for shipments destroyed due to repeated missed delivery attempts or invalid contact details.
  • Full Delivery Guarantee: If a shipment is lost in transit or seized prior to delivery under normal conditions, Replica Valley will dispatch a replacement order entirely at our cost.
  • Customs Fees & Import Duty: All shipments are processed via pre-cleared, vetted trade routes. You will not face unexpected import taxes or clearance surcharges upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Window & Qualification

  • 14-Day Request Window: You may request a return for a refund within 14 calendar days of verified package delivery.
  • Strict Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in 100% unworn, original condition with all protective plastic wrappings, stickers, and tags intact. Once a timepiece has been worn, resized, or modified, it becomes permanently ineligible for return or refund.

2. Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact customer care via Telegram or Email ([email protected]) to request authorization, specific packing guidelines, and the exact return destination address.
  2. Ship the timepiece exclusively using regular registered postal mail.
  3. Share your tracking reference number with our team immediately after dispatch.

CRITICAL RESTRICTION:

DO NOT use commercial express couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS) for returns. Chinese customs heavily scrutinize incoming express parcels, which can lead to permanent seizure or total rejection at the border.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Processing

Refund Release: Refunds are issued only after the returned watch arrives at our inspection facility and passes a physical condition check.

Customs Advisory for China: Returning goods into mainland China involves inherent regulatory risks. Chinese customs may refuse entry and return packages to the origin country, incurring double shipping fees and extended delays. Please verify model specifications, sizing, and details carefully prior to purchase to minimize unnecessary returns.

Customer Responsibility: The client covers all postal shipping costs associated with returning the item.
